Returns Policy

We guarantee your pack of SUPA:3 will be delivered to you in tip-top condition and is backed by our ‘no fishy burps’ promise.

If you are not happy with the condition the product is in when you receive it you may simply return it to us for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a replacement or refund you must notify us within seven days of receiving the product by email [email protected] or phone 03 547 0336. The decision to replace or refund will be at the sole discretion of the vendor, Chiron Limited.

If we choose to ask you to return the product we will provide a courier bag to do this at our expense. If we do not ask you to return the product, you will be responsible for the disposal of the faulty product.
